Job Summary:
The Emergency Room (ER) registration in an outpatient healthcare setting requires a highly adaptable and outgoing medical professional. The role involves providing rapid response care with a focus on patient assessment and treatments, supporting a busy 40-bed unit with over 120 staff members. The position is suitable for candidates prepared to work night shifts on a 12-hour schedule, starting from September 14, 2026, through October 26, 2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification for Registered Nurses; BLS, ACLS, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and CPI for Medical Staff; BLS and CPI for all staff; at least 0 years of experience and current certifications in the listed areas
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-pressure medical environments; previous medical experience such as RN, medic, technician, or related roles; outgoing and positive personality suited for high-pressure settings
• Additional Information: The unit predominantly performs procedures including IV starts, phlebotomy, cardiac monitoring and interpretation. Equipment used includes cardiac monitors, EKGs, ultrasound, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO drills, and Lifepak. The unit employs Meditech electronic medical records. Dress code emphasizes scrubs in specified colors based on role, with no RTO or special scheduling requests allowed.
