Hybrid Private Equity Secondary Analyst

Harbourvest

HarbourVest Partners in Boston, MA is launching a 2-year Secondary Analyst Program within its Secondary Investment Group, starting Summer 2027. The program offers extensive training, mentorship from senior team members, and an accelerated path to HarbourVest's Associate program for top performers.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience in Investments or Finance, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
