Labor & Employment Associate Attorney – Seattle (Hybrid)

Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized labor & employment law firm to add a Labor & Employment Associate to its Seattle office. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, and their experience should include significant litigation work.  Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Washington.

  About the Role

The firm is seeking an attorney with:

• 4+ years of labor & employment law experience

• Meaningful employment litigation exposure

• Strong academic credentials and solid writing skills

• Active Washington Bar admission (must be able to practice immediately)

This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration and flexibility. You’ll work closely with experienced partners on a wide range of employment disputes, gaining hands-on responsibility early and developing a well-rounded management-side practice.
