Job Description Job Description Machine Operator - Monroe Township, NJ -Starting Pay: $16-$17.00 per hour Earn up to $21.00 per hour with production incentives $750 Sign-On Bonus! We are currently hiring experienced and motivated Machine Operators / Furniture Order Pickers to join our fast-paced warehouse and distribution center operation in Monroe Township, NJ. Job Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including: Stand-up forklifts Order pickers Reach trucks Turret trucks Pick and prepare furniture orders accurately for shipment Use RF scanners / scan guns to track inventory and verify orders Load and unload furniture safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Work closely with warehouse leadership and team members to meet production goals Qualifications Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred Experience operating warehouse equipment required Experience using RF scanners / scan guns preferred Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Forklift certification is a plus (training may be available for qualified candidates) Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse/distribution center setting Exposure to varying temperatures depending on season and work area Physically active role requiring lifting, reaching, bending, and repetitive movement Employee Benefits Weekly Pay Production Incentive Program PTO and Vacation Time Paid Holidays (where applicable) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Stable Full-Time Hours Apply Today!
