BreakiT Smash Rooms is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Host / Front of House (FoH) Team Member .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Sales Host / FoH Team Member, you’ll play an important role in making sure every guest has an amazing experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Greeting guests and helping them select the perfect experience or event

· Completing customer transactions using our POS system

· Assisting guests with completing required waivers

· Providing and assisting guests with the proper safety equipment

· Training guests in Axe Throwing Mastery — don’t worry, we’ll train you!

· Preparing and organizing Smash Rooms and Paint Splatter Rooms for appointments and walk-ins

· Setting up and breaking down rooms for large company parties and special events, including occasional events outside normal operating hours

· Inspecting equipment and materials to ensure everything is clean, safe, and ready for use

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming Front of House

· Helping the team provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

We’re looking for someone who:

· Is reliable, responsible, and dependable

· Is physically capable of performing the duties required for the position

· Is detail-oriented and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· Enjoys working with customers and providing excellent service

· Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team

· Is willing to learn new skills and follow safety procedures

· Has a flexible schedule

⏰ Schedule Flexibility

Our schedule varies based on appointments, walk-ins, and special events.

Availability is needed for:

· Monday & Tuesday: Appointment-based events

· Wednesday–Sunday: Walk-ins and scheduled events

· Occasional after-hours events: Large groups, corporate events, and private parties

No prior experience is required! We will provide the training you need. We’re looking for the right person with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
