Excellent benefits Great family-owned culture Discretionary bonuses and common raises Medical/Dental/Vision 401K with matching Job Details The Plant Controller is responsible for the accounting and cost controlling activities of the Company, will be the lead finance individual on site, and a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and operations team for providing timely, relevant financial analysis and driving cost and process improvement initiatives. The Plant Controller will ensure that all corporate and required accounting policies and procedures are documented and followed by the organization and will be a key player in the month-end close and financial reporting processes. The Plant Controller will embrace and execute the Company’s values and collaborate across departments to actively support the Company’s goals. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field required. Experience: 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
