Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.2025, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR 7.296 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.Job DescriptionOversee GMP routine testing for pharmaceutical product testing departmentResponsible for departmental quality and business metricsLead a team of analysts, data reviewers and group leaders, evaluate staffing needs and make recommendations, and assure that all employees are trainedInvestigate, Develop laboratory processes to streamlined department operationsServe as the primary communication link between the client and laboratory operations.Help define, communicate and execute on vision and strategy for pharmaceutical product testing department to grow the businessFoster morale and teamwork within and across departmentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration and at least 5-10 years of laboratory experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership.Applicants must have obtained a minimum of 5+ years of experience with Eurofins to be considered.
