Pre-Litigation Case Manager (Personal Injury)

Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our Arizona team. This individual will play a critical role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring strong case development, exceptional client communication, and favorable outcomes. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of Arizona personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with accuracy and timeliness Handle client communications with professionalism and empathy, keeping clients informed throughout the case lifecycle Coordinate depositions, mediations, medical appointments, and expert consultations Negotiate liens and medical bills to maximize client recovery Work closely with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation Oversee case deadlines, calendaring, and ensure compliance with Washington state and federal court rules Provide mentorship and leadership as the Phoenix team expands Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in Arizona personal injury law as a Paralegal or Case Manager Demonstrated success managing cases independently with minimal supervision Strong drive, initiative, and ability to thrive in a startup office environment In-depth knowledge of Arizona personal injury procedures, courts, and litigation practices Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail Proficiency with case management software, legal systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred, but not required Compensation: $30.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience At West Coast Trial Lawyers, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a health savings account (HSA), 401(k) with employer contributions, paid time off and sick leave. #J-18808-Ljbffr WEST COAST TRIAL LAWYERS APLC
