The Opportunity You’ll work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters across a broad range of industries, including: Business and commercial disputes Intellectual property matters Real estate and construction disputes Select entertainment-related matters Associates are integral to the litigation process and are routinely involved in depositions, court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation , working closely with partners on matters involving discerning, high-profile clients.
