Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician

Shift: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only (7a-5pm with 1 hour lunch)

Job Description:

Consults: 3 4 hospital consults per day in the Cath Lab
EP Cases: 4 6 electrophysiology cases per day (case length dependent)
Procedures: Cardiac EP, rhythm disturbance management, ablations
Case Logs Required: Minimum 100 EP cases in the last 2 years (with emphasis on ablations)
Sedation: Must perform moderate sedation independently
Additional Skills: Must perform TEEs
Technology: Must be comfortable with Abbott EnSite X Mapping System

Coverage Dates:

Jan 12-16
Mar 16-20
Apr 13-17
Apr 27-May 1

Requirements:

Board Certification: BC or BE required
License Required: Active AZ License or IMLC
DEA: Required
Certifications Required: ACLS
