Actalent Services, LLC. is hiring a Project Coordinator for a permanent, internal role supporting Actalent Services' engineering delivery leadership and the daily

office operations in our Fort Worth, TX Delivery Center. The Project Coordinator’s core duties include supporting project setup and purchase-order configuration, maintenance of project documentation and weekly project health reporting for multiple clients within our Aerospace & Defense project portfolio. The Project Coordinator provides relevant information to support reporting, billing, invoicing, and financial data analysis. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for day-to-day office operations in support of Actalent’s delivery center manager.

Success in this role requires strong communication and organization, advanced ability with MS Excel and an onsite presence (Mon-Fri) at Actalent’s Fort Worth engineering delivery center.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support Actalent Services’ Delivery Leadership including multiple Project and Program Managers in internal project set up, tracking and reporting.
• Review contracts to ensure that the project data is consistent, and the project set up is accurate.
• Create and maintain PO Burn monitoring, tracking, and report generation.
• Maintain and document progress against PO’s and SOW’s.
• Schedule and host Project Health meetings with project teams to discuss program health or risk assessments.
• Provide data updates and determine action item lists and ensure project team adherence to deadlines and follow-up through completion.
• Assist with project updates and change management tasks by submitting project change requests and other administrative tasks. Ensure that all notifications of change are submitted and processed by identified deadlines (i.e. ahead of invoicing dates). Revalidate as needed.
• Serve as point-of-contact to building management for any facility or infrastructure matters or announcements.
• Responsible for new employee and office visitor experience, including new employee desk-setup, office tour/intros, and managing and administering badge access.
• Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies, equipment and promotional items as needed.
• Coordinate office events including employee goodwill celebrations, catered lunches, and executive leadership visits.
• Ensure compliance to company and office-specific security protocol, including CUI Access Requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Abilities and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in management, accounting, finance or business-related concentration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience involving program or project management, project coordination or project support, with exposure to contract interpretation, service agreements, project resource tracking, budget development, and/or project administration required.
• Highly proficient in PC applications and MS Office suite of tools a must.
• Advanced skills with MS Excel are required.
• Prior professional exposure to engineering and/or technical services within aerospace or other highly-regulated industries desired.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task multiple assignments in fast-pace environment.
• Ability to review and distribute information analytically, organize data efficiently and demonstrate effective time management skills essential for success in role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to analyze and interpret large data sets; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills required.
• Must be a U.S. person to access ITAR‑controlled space and/or work information.

Compensation and Benefits

• $60,000-$65,000 starting base salary; $5,000 annual bonus potential; 4 weeks paid time-off; 6 paid holidays; employee profit-sharing program; Full M/D/V Benefits; 401(k) with company match. #fte26 (REFCR2023)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
