Technical Interviewer for AI Model Training

Role Overview

Support a high-priority technical expert panel for a frontier AI lab by interviewing shortlisted engineers and delivering clear, evidence-based assessments of their fit for an AI model training and evaluation engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 20-minute structured interviews with experts in GPU kernel development, security and vulnerability research, and ML compiler or accelerator domains.
• Assess technical depth, communication skills, and fit for AI evaluation using a provided rubric.
• Confirm each candidate''s availability, work authorization, and exclusivity, and identify potential concerns.
• Classify candidates as advance, hold, or pass, and provide a concise written summary for the program team.
• Coordinate interview scheduling during weekday business hours.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, interviewing, or technical vetting experience, with confidence assessing senior engineers.
• Strong communication and structured judgment skills, with the ability to conduct a professional, welcoming conversation while keeping to schedule.

Work Terms

• US remote, hourly engagement.
• Reliable availability during weekday business hours.
• Commitment of approximately 10 hours per week.

Compensation

$50 to $60 per hour.
