Technical Interviewer

Role Overview

Help evaluate senior technical experts for a high-priority AI training and evaluation engagement. You will conduct concise, structured interviews across GPU kernel development, security and vulnerability research, and ML compiler and accelerator domains, delivering evidence-based assessments of each candidate''s fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 20-minute structured interviews with shortlisted experts using a provided rubric.
• Assess technical depth, communication skills, and fit for AI evaluation work.
• Confirm each candidate''s availability, work authorization, and exclusivity, and identify potential concerns.
• Assign a recommendation of advance, hold, or pass, and prepare a concise summary for the program team.
• Coordinate interview scheduling during weekday business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, or technical vetting, with comfort assessing senior engineers.
• Strong communication skills and structured judgment.
• Ability to lead a warm, professional interview while managing time effectively.

Work Terms

• Fully remote, hourly engagement based in the United States.
• Reliable availability during weekday business hours.
• Commitment of approximately 10 hours per week.

Compensation

• $50 to $60 per hour.
