RN Charge Nurse

RN Charge Nurse Leader Location: El Paso, Texas, United States Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team Monitor and report on patient outcomes and recommend improvements to patient care practices Collaborate with other departments, including medicine, surgery, and rehabilitation, to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient care Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including orientation, training, and professional development Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including progress notes, discharge summaries, and medication administration records .
