Role Description The Newly Licensed Real Estate Agent role at BRG Realty Corporation is a full‑time, on‑site position based in San Jose, CA. In this role, the agent will work with buyers and sellers to facilitate residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing offers, and guiding clients through closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, responding to inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing timely, clear communication throughout the buying or selling process. The agent will prepare and review contracts, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and collaborate with lenders, escrow officers, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves staying current on local market trends, attending training sessions, and following brokerage policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property principles. Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends and transaction processes. Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques. Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and provide responsive, professional support. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to clients. High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical and legal standards in all transactions. Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and deadlines, and maintain organized records. Familiarity with real estate CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and basic office software is beneficial.
