Manager, Data Strategy & Governance

Are you ready to make an impact?We are seeking a Manager in our Data & Analytics team to join our Technology & Experience Practice and lead enterprise client projects through the full lifecycle – from strategy, concept, and architecture, through to delivery and implementation. We are looking for a passionate technologist with keen business acumen and experience managing diverse teams in the successful planning, design, and deployment of data solutions.Responsibilities:Lead client projects and manage consulting teams in the delivery of data solutions with the goal of improving technical operations and business performanceInterface directly with client personnel and executive stakeholders to understand business objectives and set project objectivesMake key engagement decisions, including budgeting, risk management, resource management, vendor selection, workstream delegation, and project methodologyAct as client point of contact and present updates on deliverables, communicate engagement status, and ensure projects align with their transformation and business goalsContribute to practice development; mentor junior consultants on project management best practices, stay abreast of industry trends, and develop reusable methodologyAssist with or lead statement of work (SOW) and business development efforts and identify change ordersOrganize project work into client presentations, outlining findings and recommendations for C-level executives.Contribute to practice development by developing and improving reusable methodologies and data solutions for client engagements.Qualifications:7+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics in a professional services/consulting firmStrong understanding of data engineering principles, including data modelling, ETL processes, data governance, data quality, privacy and security controlsExperience leading projects related to data migration and data integrations leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, Azure/AWSStrong communication and project leadership skills with comfortability managing cross-functional teams in dynamic, enterprise IT environmentsProven ability to translate complex technical concepts for business leadershipWillingness to travel to client sites up to 50%Hybrid work environment – 2x/week in officeMust be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorshipBased on pay transparency guidelines, the salaryrange for this role canvary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (seetable below).
