Litigation Associate We are seeking a motivated and talented Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience to join our growing practice. This is a full-time, in-office position offering significant responsibility, direct client contact, courtroom experience, and mentorship from experienced trial attorneys. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and appellate briefs Conduct sophisticated legal research and develop litigation strategy Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions, document review, and motion practice Attend court conferences, oral arguments, hearings, and depositions Manage an active litigation caseload with increasing independence Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts Assist with trials and appeals in both state and federal courts Will receive substantial responsibility, direct client contact, courtroom appearances, deposition experience and mentorship from experienced attorneys.
