Commercial Lender

A community bank in Rock Springs is seeking a self-motivated Commercial Lender to grow and manage business relationships across Sweetwater County and southwest Wyoming. The role covers new business development, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing, with credit decisions made locally.

Responsibilities:

• Get to know each business and propose fitting loan and deposit solutions
• Layer in treasury and other bank services that help the client
• Keep commercial relationships healthy and look for room to grow them
• Produce against loan and deposit goals
• Open new business accounts cleanly and quickly
• Size credit risk carefully and prepare memos plus documentation

Qualifications:

• Finance or business bachelor's preferred
• Commercial lending experience with regular client contact
• At ease presenting deals and talking through terms with owners
• Has written proposals and underwritten commercial credits
• Keeps multiple deals moving without losing detail
• Knowledge of the Rock Springs business scene helps
