The position requires the ability to manage a caseload of patients in an inpatient setting, with a focus on providing comprehensive dietary assessments and interventions to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct nutrition assessments and reassessments for the adult and geriatric patient population. \n Provide nutrition-focused physical exams. \n Manage enteral nutrition and therapeutic diet orders. \n Address nutrition therapy complications effectively. \n Achieve a productivity expectation of 10-12 interventions per day. \n Qualifications\n \n Minimum of 1 year of Dietitian experience. \n Prior experience in an acute care setting is required. \n Experience in a community hospital is required. \n Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification is required. \n Active Maryland Dietitian licensure is required. \n Additional Information\n \n No floating to other units is required. \n Block scheduling is not available for this position. \n Local candidates are accepted. \n Time off restrictions include auto-approval for 14 days or less of requested time off, with specific holidays being mandatory work days. \n Charting System\n Experience with Cerner or similar charting systems is required.
