Provide and adjust therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and discharge readiness. Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and update care plans in accordance with hospital standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the broader rehabilitation team to coordinate care and discharge planning. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and post-discharge care. Requirements Hawaii licensed physical therapist or eligibility to practice in Hawaii. Inpatient acute care experience preferred. Ability to work days with weekend coverage as needed. Availability for a 26-week travel assignment. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to documentation.
