Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMAbout the PositionWe are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services to clients throughout Arkansas.This position is centered on delivering consistent, high-quality care through telehealth. The clinician will conduct assessments, provide individual therapy, develop appropriate treatment plans, and monitor client progress throughout the course of care.The role is well suited to a social work professional who brings sound clinical judgment, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to thoughtful, consistent follow-through.Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy to clients presenting with grief, stress, trauma-related concerns, adjustment difficulties, and mood-related symptomsConduct clinical assessments and establish appropriate treatment goalsDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plansMonitor client progress and make appropriate adjustments to careMaintain accurate and timely progress notes, treatment records, and care updatesManage an assigned telehealth caseload with consistent follow-throughPractice in accordance with applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
