Brand New Hospital Coming To New Mexico Early 2027
TeamHealth has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an emergency medicine physician at Valencia County Hospital, a brand new facility serving the growing communities of Valencia County and Los Lunas, New Mexico. If you area adedicated and compassionate EM physician, you will make a great additionto our founding emergency department team.
This is a unique opportunity to help build a culture of clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and teamwork from the ground up while practicing in one of New Mexico’s fastest-growing communities.
About the Role
- Estimated at 13,668 annual visits
- Full-service,12-bed ED with trauma, seclusion and OB bed
- 24/7 emergency department, inpatient care, surgical services, MRI, CT, X-ray, fluoroscopy, and other advanced imaging services
- Option for 12- or 24-hour shifts (24s for the first few months of start up)
- EM boarded as well as internal medicine and family medicine with experience accepted

- 1099 with paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN options
