About the Position

Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Wisconsin

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Southern Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 06:30-15:00. No scheduled weekends. Weekend call required (currently 1 in 4). Holiday coverage as needed.

• 8 operating rooms with 1:1 patient ratio for optimal care delivery
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Pharmacy, Respiratory Services, Physical Therapy, and Rapid Response Teams
• Care for diverse patient populations including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Free onsite parking available

Requirements:

• Active RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart Association only)
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required, with acute care experience within the last 3 years
• Previous travel experience required
• Proficiency in operating room procedures including laparoscopic cases, robotic surgery, orthopedic procedures, and general surgery
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Must meet facility competency testing requirements
• Candidates must reside 50+ miles from the facility
