This position works Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm, plus overtime weekly. Must have experience driving a sit down forklift in a manufacturing setting.
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team in Decatur, TN. If you have a passion for logistics and a knack for operating forklifts, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our facility while maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials to maximize space and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and assist with inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate machinery safely.
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required; training can be provided.

- Forklift Licensed
- High School / GED
