Job Details Location: Tewksbury, MA (RTX facility). Role type: Onsite. Security Clearance: DoD Secret; U.S. citizenship required. Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD. Responsibilities Support Testing Efforts: develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration and verification documentation in both simulated and real‑world environments. Troubleshoot and Analyze: identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging. Integrate Systems: integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating functionality and impact. Drive Performance: collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues. Collaborate: work with a multi‑disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality. Document and Communicate: develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders. Support Missions: travel as needed (up to 10%) to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations. Qualifications Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least two years of relevant experience. Experience in systems hardware, systems integration, and/or systems test. Preferred: experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification. Preferred: experience generating technical documentation such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports. Preferred: experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools. Preferred: experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and/or other programming languages.
