USKO Fleet is seeking experienced CDL-A Solo Drivers and Team Drivers to join our growing nationwide fleet. If you're looking for consistent miles, modern equipment, competitive pay, and a company that values its drivers, we'd love to hear from you.

Our professional solo drivers and team drivers operate brand-new 2027 Freightliner Cascadia tractors hauling time-sensitive, high-value, dry van, refrigerated, and specialized freight throughout the continental United States. We provide consistent freight, professional dispatch, and the support you need to maximize your earning potential while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Work Location: On the road

$16.90 - $20 hurly plus mileage-based pay

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer as part of a professional solo or two-driver team.

• Transport freight safely and efficiently throughout the continental United States while maintaining on-time delivery performance.

• Comply with all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety regulations.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and roadworthy.

• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs), trip reports, inspection reports, and shipping documentation.

• Secure freight properly and conduct load checks as required.

• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and shipping personnel.

• Operate equipment safely while representing USKO Fleet with professionalism and integrity.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)

• Minimum one year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience

• Solo or Team driving experience preferred, or willingness to drive with an established partner

• Current DOT Medical Certificate

• Clean driving record

• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check

• Ability to operate electronic logging devices (ELDs)

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
