Job Position: Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Job Type: Full-Time Location: Sioux City, IA 51103 Pay Rate: $14.00-$15.00/hr Job Summary: Full-Time or Part-Time Description: Short staffed hiring a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position will assist customers with orders for awards, banners, signage, t-shirts, jackets, polos, and other custom products. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable using computers while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product questions and orders
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Contact customers when orders are ready for pickup
- Enter and update customer orders accurately
- Assist with sales of awards, apparel, signage, and promotional products
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
