Are you a motivated, bilingual sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping people protect what matters most? We're looking for a driven, self-starting Sales Producer to join our growing insurance agency.

This is an opportunity for someone who is confident networking within their community, creating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service that turns clients into lifelong customers.

Responsibilities

-Build and maintain relationships within the local bilingual community.

-Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and prospecting.

-Follow up on agency-provided leads and existing opportunities.

-Recommend personalized insurance solutions for customers' needs.

-Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.

-Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while helping grow the agency.

Requirements

-Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

-Highly motivated and self-disciplined.

-Outgoing, personable, and confident speaking with people.

-A self-starter who doesn't wait for opportunitiesthey create them.

-Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented.

-Passionate about serving their community while building a successful career.
