This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to deepen their FP&A expertise, gain exposure to a dynamic business, and work cross-functionally with leaders across the organization.We are seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the ICS FP&A team supporting the Bank, Broker-Dealer Solutions business unit. In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis activities including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, strategic decision support and management reporting. You will help deliver timely and accurate financial insights, support business performance reviews, and contribute to process improvements that enhance visibility into key operating and financial metrics. This position will report to the Senior Director, BBD FP&A based out of the NYC metro area.Responsibilities:Analyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, sales, expenses, margins, profitability, volumes, and key business driversPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages with clear commentary on performance versus forecast, plan, prior year, and key trendsAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processesProvide insightful variance and trend analysis, including identification of underlying business drivers and recommended actions to improve business performanceCollaborate with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Operations, Product, Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and other finance teams, to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and align on financial outlooksDevelop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, business cases, pricing, client or product profitability, and strategic initiativesPrepare ad hoc analysis and executive-ready materials to support business reviews, strategic decisions, and senior leadership requestsDrive process improvement and standardization across FP&A deliverables, including report automation, forecast processes, data quality, and analytical toolsServe as a trusted finance partner by communicating financial insights clearly, challenging assumptions constructively, and influencing business decisions through data-driven analysisQualifications:4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, decision support, or related analytical rolesBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearlyExperience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with TM1, Oracle, and Power BI preferredStrong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability, and sense of ownershipProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams, build strong working relationships, and influence partners to drive results in a matrixed environmentSelf-starter who can work on multiple projects with minimal direct supervision.Eagerness to learn, improve processes, and grow within a finance organizationSalary range: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually.
