Learn more about how we deliver excellence for our customers and colleagues at DXC.com.Key Responsibilities:Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and to obtain the required security clearanceLead and manage a team of BI analysts and developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.Provide direct technical support and hands-on BI reportingDefine and execute the BI strategy, roadmap, and standards for the program.Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and data models.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize BI requirements aligned with mission objectives.Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all BI deliverables.Create dashboards and track metrics based on the requirements and user feedbackEnable better BI reporting by leveraging AI, improving data quality and doing better data mappingWork on executing various ETL processes and perform data preparationPresent BI findings, insights, and recommendations to senior government stakeholders.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.7 years of business intelligence, 3 years of team leadership.Experience with ETL tools such as AB InitioExperience with Dashboard and Data Visualization tools – preferred Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Project Visio, etc.Experience with reporting tools- preferred Oracle tools such as OBIA/OAP, OAS, and OBIEE.Experience with relational databases – preferred is Oracle RDMS 19cDemonstrated expertise in: BI leadership, data strategy, team management, stakeholder communication, and technical oversight.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.Desired Skills:Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or equivalent BI certification.Experience with Kibana is a plusExperience with Kafka is a plusExperience with GoAnywhere and Oracle Data Guard is a plusExperience leading BI teams supporting DoD or federal agency programs.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL pipeline design.Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar enterprise BI platforms.Additional Information:Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and to obtain the required security clearanceWork Environment: Hybrid as required by the contract.Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $105,800 - $196,700.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
