Property Maintenance Technician

Our client in Banner Elk NC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and able to problem solve which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: We have positions in Banner Elk!

Pay Range: 17-18$/hr + Weekly Mileage Reimbursement

What's the Job?

• Working knowledge of General Maintenance Duties

• Knowledge of Plumbing, electrical, technology set up preferred not required

• Use of Power Tools

• Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests, and meet and greet

• Be able to service Hot Tubs

What's Needed?

• Must be able to multitask

• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Must use your own vehicle between sites; so reliable transportation to use at work.

• 3-5 years of related experience

• Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated

• Must be able to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests.
