Material Handler

Job Title: Material Handler Location: Akron Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-2:00pm Pay: $25.00hr. Temporary Role: 4-6 month Position Overview: Kelly Services is seeking a Material Handler, that will support warehouse operations by preparing domestic and export orders, loading trucks and containers, and handling general labor. With hands-on working with raw materials and finished product inventories, and unload packaging supplies. Key Responsibilities: Prepare domestic and export orders, load trucks and containers, and complete general warehouse labor tasks Manage raw materials and finished product inventories Unload packaging supplies for process areas (metal and fiber drums) Operate shipping department equipment and troubleshoot problems Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years relevant experience Tow-motor (forklift) operator experience required Physical requirements: ability to sit for long periods (tow-motor), stand for long periods, lift up to 63 lbs., squat, bend, climb ladders, and reach overhead without restrictions Must be able to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (including respirator and SCBA) Get a complete career fit with Kelly.
