Hiring Immediately - Kitting Lead Jobs - Jackson, GA:

Inergroup is hiring immediately for Kitting Lead jobs in Jackson, GA. As a Kitting Lead, you will lead a team of Kitters and Forklift Operators to kit orders and pre-assemble individual items to customer specifications based on work order requirements, while maintaining efficiency, speed, accuracy, and quality. Weekly pay of $19.50 - $20.00/hr and great benefits available!

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of warehouse experience

• Forklift certification required

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• Outlook and Excel experience required

• Strong math, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to direct a team

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Working knowledge of cGMPs and a commitment to company safety standards

• Bilingual skills a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct Kitters and Forklift Operators to complete kits accurately and on schedule

• Create picklists for Kitters to assemble materials for work orders efficiently, accurately, and safely

• Ensure hand assembly of components, hardware, and parts is accurate

• Conduct visual and quality inspections and audit the team's kits

• Research missing pallets, perform inventory adjustments, and maintain inventory accuracy

• Report material shortages and adjustments to the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Manager

• Update the production schedule to reflect kitting status at the end of each shift

• Help pick, poly bag, sort, label, tape, and shrink wrap orders when needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce all quality, compliance, and safety procedures
