Data AnalystOur client, a financial company, is looking for a Data Analyst for their Richmond, VA/ McLean, VA location.Responsibilities:Strong focus on SQL and Python, with SQL being the highest priority.Analyze large and complex datasets and provide actionable insights.Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for reporting and analytics.Build/support Python-based automation and data processing.Support data validation, quality checks, troubleshooting, migration, and modernization initiatives.Work with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings.Requirements:Prior client experience: PreferredTop skills – must have: SQL, PythonAdditional technical skills: Snowflake, AWSPreferred skills: Spark/PySpark, Databricks, Tableau, data migration experience; client EMP and On Stream DataSoft skills: Strong communication/presentation skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, comfortable with changing prioritiesData Analyst supporting new work for Mahesh's team.Technical environment includes SQL, Python, Snowflake, and AWS, with Spark/PySpark, Databricks, and Tableau preferredWhy Should You Apply?Health benefitsReferral programExcellent growth and advancement opportunities ICONMA
