Lactation Consultant

Providing direct lactation consultation services, the full-time Clinical Provider (CLC) will engage with prenatal and postpartum women via secure virtual platforms, offering education on lactation, infant feeding, and maternal mental health while adhering to clinical protocols. Key responsibilities: Conduct virtual consultations and assessments, documenting findings and developing individual care plans for patients Provide education and clinical support to empower families in making informed decisions regarding baby feeding and infant care Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments based on patient needs while maintaining compliance with clinical protocols Required qualifications: Professional certification as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) in good standing 3 years of direct clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a minimum of 2 years as a CLC High School Diploma; Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred Knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare quality standards, and HIPAA regulations Strong written and oral communication skills, along with charting proficiency
