Travel RN - PCU Night Shift - Lone Tree, CO
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
We are seeking a qualified Travel RN for a position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Manage cardiac drips and monitor cardiac catheters.
- Perform chest tube management, wound care, and TPN/lipids.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.
- Utilize electronic medical records (Meditech) for accurate documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience.
- BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications are mandatory.
- Cardiac and ICU experience preferred.
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR is a plus.
