Position Summary:

Join our vibrant team as a Burly Burger Crew Member, where your passion for great food and fantastic service will shine! In this role, you’ll be the heart of our restaurant, creating memorable experiences for our guests. Whether you’re welcoming customers with a warm smile, crafting delicious meals, or ensuring the dining area sparkles, your contributions will keep our customers coming back for more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve with a Smile : Deliver amazing service with good vibes and a friendly attitude.
• Master of the Menu : Know our delicious offerings inside and out, helping customers find their new favorite meal.
• Food Artist : Prepare, plate, and serve our dishes with flair! You'll be the artist, and food will be your canvas (we will be serving burgers, chicken, shakes, salads, to-go orders).
• Team Player : Work with an awesome crew to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Clean and Fresh : Maintain a sparkling clean restaurant that’s ready for customers to enjoy.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire : Handle any issues that come up with a cool head and a can-do attitude.
• Money Maestro : Handle cash and card transactions like a pro, making sure everything adds up perfectly.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive energy and enthusiasm.
• Love for food and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team spirit with a dash of independence.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs)
• Ability to speak Spanish is also a plus but not required.

Employee Hours:

Closed Sundays, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

• Monday-Thursday: 9:30am-10:00pm
• Friday-Saturday: 9:30am-11:00pm

Competitive Salary: $12-16/hour
