Automotive Service Manager

Team Hyundai of Bend is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service department. If you're a motivated leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead and manage all aspects of the service department's daily operations. Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Drive customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships. Monitor department performance, productivity, and profitability. Ensure efficient scheduling, workflow, and repair quality. Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership policies. Collaborate with the parts and sales departments to provide an outstanding ownership experience. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. What We're Looking For Previous automotive service management experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to increase customer satisfaction and department performance. Experience with dealership management systems and service operations. Ability to motivate a team while maintaining a positive culture. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
