Our values center on compassion, inclusivity, and professional excellence. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Fee For Service Therapist located in East Brunswick, NJ. The therapist will provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress for clients. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining detailed client records, and participating in team collaboration to ensure the best outcomes for clients. The role offers flexibility, allowing for both in-office sessions and remote work, based on client and organizational needs. Qualifications Expertise in Counseling, Therapy, and Psychotherapy techniques Experience with Client Assessments, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Active Listening skills Organizational skills for maintaining accurate client documentation Familiarity with Telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field License in Social Work (LCSW), Professional Counseling, or equivalent certification Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Cultural competence and sensitivity to diversity Experience in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Serenity & Sakoon
