Superintendent

A Georgia based general contractor specializing in retail, office and medical developments is seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure the timely, profitable completion of our projects. You will manage on-site construction, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold our commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Supervise field construction, manage subcontractor activities, and maintain strong relationships with clients and trades. Operational Oversight: Assist Project Managers with scheduling, on-site procedures, and quality control. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all safety protocols (OSHA) and permits are met. Oversee weekly coordination and monthly safety meetings. Documentation: Review contract drawings, manage subcontractor daily reports, approve as-built prints, and process payment requests/invoices. Qualifications: OSHA 30 certification required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred: 5+ years of construction field experience.
