This position involves picking up parts, inspecting them for quality, and returning them to the box. Position - Quality Inspector
Job Location - Neillsville, WI
Starting Date - Immediate
Employment Term - Temporary until early October
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift, 8:00 a.m. start time
Starting Pay - $16.00 per hour
Required Education - No specific education required
Required Experience - Previous manufacturing, production, or quality inspection experience helpful, but not required

Join a quality inspection team supporting a local manufacturing facility in Neillsville. In this role, you will perform hands-on inspection of manufactured parts to help ensure they meet quality expectations. The work is repetitive and requires consistent attention to detail throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick up individual parts for inspection.
• Visually inspect parts for quality concerns or defects.
• Handle parts carefully throughout the inspection process.
• Return inspected parts to the appropriate box or container.
• Follow established inspection procedures and instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the shift.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all facility safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Comfortable performing repetitive inspection tasks.
• Able to follow instructions and established quality procedures.
• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing environment.
• Must be comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Frequent handling, picking up, inspecting, and replacing of parts.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required.
• Workplace dress code requires jeans without holes and an appropriate T-shirt or similar shirt. Sweatpants and leggings are not permitted.
