Marketplace Manager (Ecommerce)

Kira Jewels is one of the world's largest vertically integrated lab‑grown diamond manufacturers. We operate 4,000+ CVD reactors across a 1M+ sq ft solar‑powered facility and supply 2,500+ independent retail jewelers across the US. We grow the diamonds, manufacture the jewelry, and ship it. We're building our marketplace business from the ground up and need someone to run it day to day. The Role You’ll manage our presence on third‑party marketplaces, both mass platforms (Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus) and department store platforms (Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Nordstrom, Saks). You’ll handle everything from account setup and catalog buildout to advertising, pricing, and inventory coordination. What You’ll Do Launch and manage seller accounts across mass and premium marketplace platforms Build and maintain product catalogs: listings, imagery, content, and platform compliance Run marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, retail media) and track performance Set and monitor pricing and promotions across platforms Coordinate with production and fulfillment on inventory, order flow, and shipping SLAs Report on sales, margins, and channel performance What We’re Looking For 7+ years managing marketplace accounts, with hands‑on Amazon Seller Central experience; Walmart, Target Plus, or department store platforms (Mirakl, CommerceHub/Rithum) a strong plus Experience with catalog management, listing optimization, and marketplace advertising Organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable juggling multiple platforms Jewelry or luxury goods experience is a plus but not required Why Kira You’ll work directly with the supply chain instead of around it.
