Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors and guests.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage emails, mail, and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain office records.
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.
• Professional attitude and ability to multitask.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
