- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse staff duties.
- Oversee day to day inbound and outbound logistics for both parcel, LTL and FTL.
- Ensure that all orders supposed to leave on their ship due date leave NYHG, Elmira warehouse every day, packed correctly and neatly.
- Oversee the Warehouse IT to make sure our staff can operate efficiently every day.
- Oversee the cleanliness of the warehouse including but not limited to Coolers, Dry storage, offices, break room, bathrooms, and sensory rooms.
- Oversee the organization of the warehouse inventory to ensure proper picking is being done and in an efficient manner.
- Oversee Google Drive items that are pertinent to warehouse staff.
- Assure that the board is being used correctly on a daily basis.
- Oversee warehouse equipment and develop an organized, strategic plan for routine Maintenance.
- Keep track of Warehouse Inventory items and relay shortages to upper management and sales team.
- Keep track of warehouse inventory supplies to make sure we have adequate supplies.
- Ensure all new warehouse staff employees are trained properly and safely.
