Technical Recruiter

Boston, MA (hybrid) and an hourly rate of USD 30 to 45 . GENii Consultants is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support technology hiring from talent sourcing through interview coordination and offer follow-up, working closely with hiring managers. This role offers room to strengthen your technical recruiting and talent acquisition skills in a collaborative professional environment . If you are relocating, relocation assistance may be available. Responsibilities Source candidates for software development, IT, engineering , and other technical positions. Review résumés and evaluate candidates against job requirements. Conduct initial screening calls to confirm experience, skills, and availability. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates. Use job boards, professional networks , and applicant tracking systems to identify talent. Provide recruitment updates and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities. Support offer coordination and onboarding activities as needed. Requirements Previous experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition is preferred. Understanding of common IT and software development job roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and time-management abilities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential candidate information professionally. Recruiting Tools Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards is part of the day-to-day workflow.
