Operating Room Sales Representative -Acute Care and Monitoring (DC/MD/VA)

Medtronic

Medtronic seeks an Operating Room Sales Representative for the DC/MD/VA region to drive revenue through capital and consumable product sales addressing respiratory surgical complications. The remote position requires territory residence and regular travel to hospital accounts.

Responsibilities

Drive capital and consumable product portfolio sales to operating room and C-suite hospital personnel
Develop territory opportunities and provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Identify, qualify, and execute sales strategies to maintain existing business and close revenue growth opportunities
Deliver strategic messaging at trade shows, presentations, and board meetings; provide clinical product consultation
Coordinate clinical evaluations, product education, in-servicing, and post-sales implementation support

Requirements

High school diploma plus 6+ years experience, or Associate's degree plus 4+ years experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years experience
Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
4+ years medical device operating room sales experience with individual quota management (preferred)
Experience selling to acute care hospital operating room environments (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication with exceptional client interaction skills
