ResponsibilitiesOur organization is in search of a licensed Physical Therapist to become part of our team at a vibrant and forward-thinking Senior Living Community situated in Winston-Salem, NC .
Work Environment- Setting: Senior Living
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Holidays or Weekends
- Hourly Rate: Full-Time ($46-$49/hr) & PRN ($50-$55/hr)

QualificationsJob SummaryThe Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver a comprehensive range of physical therapy services, which includes assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment, adhering to professional practices and ethical standards.
Licenses and Certifications- Must possess and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification.
- Current CPR certification is preferred.
- Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 0-1 years.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and effective management strategies for their conditions.
- Keep precise and current documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
