Secretarial/Clerical/Secretary / Administrative AssistantHoly Rosary Bilingual Academy in Fife, WA is seeking a full-time Advancement Coordinator/Secretary.This position serves as a key point of contact for our school community and plays a critical role in advancing the school's mission through strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and strong front office operations. The Advancement Coordinator/Secretary is often the first impression of the school and must welcome all students, families, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a spirit of service.Primary Responsibilities:Supports and upholds the mission of Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy in forming saints and scholars through faith, language, and serviceServes as a primary front office presence during designated hours, providing courteous and professional support to families, students, and visitorsLeads the coordination and execution of school-wide fundraising efforts, including the annual auction and other advancement initiativesActively supports the growth of fundraising capacity through donor communication, alumni engagement, and stewardship effortsAssists in building and maintaining relationships with donors, alumni, and community supporters to strengthen long-term financial sustainabilityTracks and supports fundraising activities, ensuring timely follow-up, acknowledgments, and organization of donor informationMaintains current student enrollment records, ensuring all required paperwork is complete, accurate, and up to dateSupports current families with forms, documentation, and general school processesAssists with school-wide communications, correspondence, and office coordinationSupports day-to-day administrative operations, including phones, scheduling, and general office tasksCoordinates with other secretaries to complete office duties.Collaborates with the principal and staff to support school events and community engagement effortsQualifications:Practicing Catholic preferredProficient in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteStrong organizational and time management skillsDemonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilitiesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with families, donors, and community membersWelcoming, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to working with families and staffExperience in a school or office setting preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.Benefits: Eligible positions receive a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and disability, long term disability, pension, 403(b), HSA, FSA, and generous sick leave, vacation and holidays.To apply, please submit a resume and cover letter to Dr. Adriana Julian, Principal, Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr ARCHDIOCESE OF SEATTLE PAYROLL SERVICES
