They partner with clients across industries to deliver high-quality audit, tax, and advisory services.Position Overview:The firm is seeking a Senior Auditor to lead audit engagements, evaluate internal controls, and provide strategic insights that strengthen client organizations. In this role, you’ll supervise audit teams, review financial statements, ensure compliance with standards, and deliver actionable recommendations to clients.This position is on-site at the Columbus office (no remote work).Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completionAssess internal controls, risks, and compliance with GAAP and applicable regulationsReview audit workpapers, reports, and findings for accuracy and qualitySupervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staffParticipate in special projects, including due diligence and fraud investigationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3–7 years of audit experience (CPA firm experience strongly preferred)Strong technical accounting and analytical skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilitiesCPA or CPA eligibility preferredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and flexible schedulingOngoing training, mentorship, and career development opportunitiesSupportive, people-first firm culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
