We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled and strategic HubSpot CRM Specialist to optimize our sales operations and enhance our client relationship management.

We have a HubSpot CRM instance already set up for marketing, but it is currently underutilized for our sales team. We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual to transform our CRM into a powerful tool that drives sales efficiency, provides actionable insights, and supports our sales professionals in achieving their targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of CRM best practices and a proven ability to implement and manage systems that streamline sales workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe have a strong preference for candidates based in Santa Barbara, CA, but are open to West Coast-based candidates with a strong remote track record.
- CRM Optimization and Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain robust HubSpot dashboards that provide clear, real-time visibility into sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics. This includes creating a customized sales dashboard that helps understand the pre-FCJ (Flight Club Join) job stages and their impact on conversions.
- Light Email Automation: Implement and manage light email automation sequences within HubSpot to support sales outreach and nurturing efforts, ensuring effective communication with prospects and clients.
- Sales Pipeline and Activity Visibility: Establish a clear, actionable sales pipeline within HubSpot and create visibility into sales representative activity and sales progression, providing insights into individual and team performance.
- Target List Development & Management: Develop and manage a Top 50, Top 30, and Top 10 target list of high-potential flight departments. Ensure these lists are accurately reflected and tracked within HubSpot, enabling sales professionals to effectively target and engage with potential Flight Club members.
- Decision-Maker Identification & Roadmapping: Identify and roadmap key decision-makers into the CRM system. This includes ensuring that all relevant contact information and engagement history are meticulously recorded and easily accessible to the sales team.
- Sales Workflow Optimization: Design and implement intuitive and efficient sales workflows within HubSpot that reflect the actual activities of our sales professionals. This includes automating tasks, setting up clear stages in the sales pipeline, and ensuring data integrity.
- Strategic Thinking and System Building: Act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership, identifying opportunities to leverage HubSpot for improved sales processes and outcomes. Proactively recommend and implement new features or integrations that enhance CRM functionality and sales team productivity.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on HubSpot best practices, ensuring high adoption rates and effective utilization of the CRM. Develop clear documentation and resources to facilitate self-service and continuous learning.
Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Administrator or Specialist, with a deep understanding of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub functionalities.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize CRM workflows for sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create insightful dashboards and reports.
- Experience in working with sales teams and understanding their operational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience in the aviation or luxury sales industry is a plus, but not required.
