Administrative Clerk School Site - Sr - 8 hrs/day (MLK/PC#251565) Position Summary: Performs a variety of responsible office and administrative functions in support of operations and procedures at a secondary or alternative school site. Duties will vary depending on the assignment and will focus on providing clerical support to a moderate or high volume of various transactions and/or visitors. Work Year: 210 work days per year. Employee Type: Full-Time. Salary: $24.01 - $31.78 per hour in 9 annual steps, based on relevant experience. Location: MLK. Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Education and Experience: High School diploma supplemented by post-secondary coursework in general office practices and 3 years of general clerical experience in a customer service-oriented environment. May require bilingual skills. Requires manual and finger dexterity to write, keyboard at 40 words per minute. Licenses and Certifications: May require a valid driver’s license. Requires first aid/CPR certificate. Required Documents: Resume (provide clear evidence of required experience). Typing Certificate (40 Net WPM).
